Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Couriers Used

We use Poste Italiane and BRT for shipping, guaranteeing a reliable and trackable service.

Shipping Costs and Times

Fees and delivery times vary based on destination:

Italy: €9.99 - Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
European Union: €18.00 - Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
International Countries (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, etc.): €19.99 - Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Bi.q Design is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
